Dramuki provides short-form drama streaming, account, wallet, payment, and advertising measurement services.

We collect information you provide, such as email address, login method, payment-related order records, support requests, and preferences.

We collect device and usage information such as anonymous device identifiers, IP address, user agent, viewed dramas, watch progress, clicks, attribution parameters, and event identifiers used for fraud prevention and advertising measurement.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full card numbers.

We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and server events to operate the service, remember sessions, measure campaigns, prevent abuse, and improve content recommendations.

You can choose essential-only storage in the cookie notice. In that case, marketing pixels and advertising measurement events are not sent from your browser or our server.

We may share limited event and attribution data with advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and TikTok to measure campaign performance and prevent duplicate event counting.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or support by contacting support@dramuki.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, tax, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or legal compliance.
