Dramuki sells digital content, coins, and VIP access. Because digital benefits can be delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once coins, VIP access, or unlocked content has been used.
If a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, not delivered, or affected by a technical error, contact support@dramuki.com with your order number and account email.
When a coin top-up is refunded, the corresponding paid coin balance may be deducted from the account. Promotional bonus coins are not refundable.
VIP refunds are reviewed case by case. If VIP access has already been used for a meaningful period, a refund may be declined or prorated where supported by the payment provider.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may cause the related account benefits to be frozen while the dispute is reviewed.
